Puya herzogii

This astonishing puya comes from the departments of La Paz and Cochabamba, Bolivia where it's endemic. A very big puya with a spectacular flowering. Even the dried seed pod stalk is impressive. Best suitable for ground growing or very big container due to its adult size.

First time offering of this extremely rare species.

It's easy to grow and will be a great piece of conversation in your plant collection.Will tolerate temperatures towards the low 30's  F  (around 0°C) however it's best to protect it from freezes.
