Similar to Alsobia punctata, this gesneriad comes from Mexico and Guatemala. More compact and with a marked trailing habit than punctata. Also with bigger flowers . Easy to grow.

Will tolerate temperatures toawards the low 30's F (around 0°C) however it's best to protect it from freezes.
