Native to northern South America, this gesneriad is perfect for growing in pots.
I has beautiful digitalis-like flowers, and is also tolerant of some cold spells, due to its mountainous origin.
Will tolerate temperatures towards the low 30's  F  (around 0°C) however it's best to protect it from freezes.

Rarely available as seeds.

Must be protected from cold spells.
