This gesneriad comes from Bolivia, Peru and Brazil. It has beautiful purple flowers and is a long bloomer!

Although it can reach 1,5 meters height, it can be cultivated in pots.

It's easy to grow and will be a great piece of conversation in your plant collection. Will tolerate temperatures towards the low 30's F (around 0°C) however it's best to protect it from freezes.
