It has beautiful digitalis-like flowers, and is also tolerant of some cold spells, due to its mountainous origin.
It will tolerate temperatures into the low 30s F (around 0°C), however, it is best to protect it from frosts.

It's easy to grow and will be a great piece of conversation in your plant collection.
